Tom Fetch is a vet in the village of Duckhurst. With his nurse, Kara, he looks after the local animals. Kids Pippa, Joe and Lucy help and life is never dull for Tom in Duckhurst.

FETCH! with Ruff Ruffman is a new reality game show for kids. Blending live-action and animation, FETCH! revolves around an animated dog named Ruff Ruffman, who develops, produces, and hosts his own reality TV show. Ruff runs the show from his state-of-the-art headquarters, otherwise known as his dog house, and issues wild and wacky real-world challenges to a group of 10-14 year old kid contestants. Each of the 20 new episodes follows the kids (real kids, not actors) as they tackle their challenges-everything from training a cat for a commercial, to staying afloat in a self-made boat, to performing stand-up comedy, to blasting off for a shuttle mission at Space Camp. And true to the reality of reality TV, the kids have NO idea what they're getting into until they're off on their challenges.

劇中人吳高傲，江湖上人稱吳大俠(吳耀明飾)，復有「十八區Bill Gates」雅號，為人低調，閱歷甚深，對人對事有獨特見解，開設的涼茶舖涼心堂歷史悠久，閒來喜教人飲食養生以至藥膳之道，同時熱心捐獻，宣揚善舉，間中出現涼茶餔，總有不少智者之言。 吳大俠的師妹包笑容(鮑起靜飾) 為涼心堂店長，笑容的大姑奶高加索GoGo姐(吳浣妤飾) 為唯一店員。笑容育有一女兒高麗麗 Viann Ko (梁慧恩飾) 及一個兒子高耀祖JoeKo，諧音「糟糕」(于天龍飾)。笑容丈夫早逝，需挑起家庭生活重擔，幸而她生性豁達，仍可從容面對，更以積極人生態度鼓勵其他人。 店內熟客之一，為背景神秘、通黑白道的 B 哥(何守信飾)，向來對笑容有好感，但又輕描淡寫，只是每當笑容身邊有男人向其表示好感，B 哥都不自覺的出盡法寶破壞之，例如鬥食好野，可以一個電話請到利苑總廚即來幫忙，因此大勝對手，但之後又似對笑容沒有下文，如常生活。 小葯房的老闆何克炭(姜皓文飾) 及其店員甘金 CashKam (古卓文飾)，前者忠誠老實經營街坊小生意，後者滿腦子都是賺快錢的鬼主意。這兩個既有矛盾、但又某程度唇齒相依的小老闆與小店員，當面對加租迫遷壓力時，二人無論如何也得艱苦撐下去，當面對金錢利益時，二人又難免有些茶杯裏的風波。 還有充滿理想、一直想爭得新聞界最高榮譽「普立茲獎」的報館記者劉亞朗(袁文傑飾)，與其從事地產代理的事業型女友梁晶晶 (呂晶晶飾)，經歷幾番風雨，好事多磨，以為有情人終成眷屬，半途又殺出何克炭與晶晶舊情復熾，發展出一段三角戀。 此外，少女錢依晨 (DaDa飾) 誤打誤撞，攀上o靚模之列，但她又得面對家庭壓力及世俗眼光。因其母錢太 (黎燕姍飾) 是自命上等人的中小富階層，看不起所有低下層，有其既得利益者的狹獈角度與觀點，她們還有個遠房親戚錢老太 (陳麗雲飾)，是附近居住的孤獨老人，但與錢太幾乎不相往來。 李鼎，鼎叔 (凌文海飾) 為替更司機，的士、小巴、中港貨車皆可，與其子李政 (伍偉樂飾)，同樣憤世嫉俗，整天高喊爭取這個、反對那個，只是父為憤怒中年，子為八十後年輕人。李政任職街頭電訊推銷員，每天面對很多不平事，與其父同樣為低下階層代表，希望以其鋤強扶弱的理想，為基層發聲，爭取公義。人物概括老中青三代，並以青年、中年為主，他們處身涼心堂，就如整個社會的縮影。無論是好新聞或壞新聞，無論最終如何結局，無論感情與事業有任何困阻，只要保持勇往直前的香港GoGoGo精神，辦法總比困難多，明天會更好。
